On Oct. 12, Boca, a five-year-old German shepherd, was left at the Los Angeles County Animal Care and Control facility in Downey, Calif.
The following information was shared about Boca:
This volunteer and staff favorite walks beautifully on leash and follows your voice as he stays close to your side.
He is calm and because of his blindness he prefers slow introductions to other dogs. We think he will be good with children who understand that he can’t see and are mature enough not to surprise him.
Boca is a total sweetheart and will make a fabulous indoor pet and best friend for an individual or family living in a private home.
Please take a moment to network on behalf of this handsome boy, who has wound up in a frightening predicament, which is far beyond his control.
