Today April 12, 2013 Sam Stoddard spoiled Voice of Resurgence, one of the newest mythic rare creature cards from Wizards of the Coast's upcoming expert "Magic: The Gathering" expansion set "Dragon's Maze," in an article on DailyMtg.com.

Whenever an opponent casts a spell during your turn or when Voice of Resurgence dies, put a green and white Elemental creature token onto the battlefield with "This creature's power and toughness are each equal to the number of creatures you control."

Voice of Resurgence is a unique metagame card for Selesnya decks to run in either their main deck or sideboard. A full play set of four can help punish players who rely upon instant removal spells and/or combat tricks by rewarding you with an Elemental creature token with power and toughness equal to the number of creatures you control.
Voice of Resurgence complements populate based decks utilizing Wayfaring Temple, however a stronger card against control decks is Growing Ranks. If your adversary casts a board sweeper such as Supreme Verdict or Mutilate, you'll have two 2/2 creatures on your next turn, one of which will be able to attack.
Even if your opponent doesn't play any cards during your turn and Voice of Resurgence dies during combat Voice of Resurgence replaces itself allowing you to continue your onslaught without losing any tempo.
