With the “Sailor Moon” series set to make its return, Viz Media has today announced that July 5th, 2014 will be “Sailor Moon” Day at the 2014 Anime Expo, and it has lined up plenty of activities for fans to enjoy.

Kicking off the “Sailor Moon” events on Saturday, July 5th, 2014 will be the “Sailor Moon” Official Panel (Room LP1 Petree Hall) at 10:00 am. Fans will get an exclusive look at the world premiere of the all-new uncut English language premiere of the classic “Sailor Moon” series. Viz will also introduce the cast of the remastered series and screen the first two dubbed episodes. Immediately after the premiere, a Q&A session with the animation team and the cast will be held. A special premium poster will also be available for attendees, while supplies last.

At 1:00 pm in the Anime Expo autograph area, fans will be able to pick up a full-color “Sailor Moon” poster, personally signed by the new English voice cast.

Beginning at 2:45 pm at the Viz Media booth (#1601), fans will be able to take photos of the new English voice cast, with the Sailor Guardian cosplayers from American Cosplay Paradise.

Viz will also have a “Sailor Moon” fan gathering, North America’s largest ‘Sailor Moon” cosplay and fan gathering. The gathering will begin at 3:30 pm in Room LP1 (Petree Hall).

Should you not be able to attend the “Sailor Moon” Day activities, Viz will also be running a special “Sailor Moon” event at their booth (#1601) for the entirety of the convention. Should you find one of the official Sailor Guardian cosplayers at Viz’s booth, you can find out how to get a limited premiere event memorial coin.
