Vivienne Westwood Fall/Winter 2013 RTW at Paris Fashion Week (Photos)

What’s a Vivienne Westwood fashion show without the drama and performance art? The British fashion designer did nt disappoint this time when she debuted her eponymous Vivienne Westwood Fall/Winter 2013/2014 Ready-to-Wear collection during Paris Fashion Week on March 2, 2013 in Paris, France.

Part theatrical (makes one think of Kabuki!), part fashion, the models in chalk-face and theatrical makeup, presented a well-designed Womenswear collection that features medieval manuscript style floral prints, colorful three-tone metallics and shoes that were larger-than-life in their scale and complexity.

Westwood’s colorful floral embroidered and mirrored jacket made quite an impression with its medieval manuscript style floral and scrolls motif.

Among the several metallic pieces, the three-tone copper/blue/purple dress with the hot pink collar is a winner!

Other pieces that stand out are the toffee-colored skirt, a black and gold gown with the cowl neck and the animal print dress with black dashes going across it.

In her outerwear collection, possibilities include the peach hooded cardigan coat, the black and beige cardigan and blanket style plaid and geometric coat. There’s truly something for all tastes in this Vivienne Westwood Fall/Winter 2013/2014 collection!
