Local artists from Richmond, Virginia are excited to host the first Viva la Local RVA event on Saturday, February 8, 2014. This event is the culmination of months of planning and local artisans will showcase their artistry and products. Parents, grandparents, and singles will enjoy this explosion of local talent just in time for Valentine's Day shopping.
The event will be held at LaDifference from 11am - 6 pm on February 8. Free weekend street parking is available in most of Shockoe, and there is limited free space in LaDifference lot on Dock between 14th & 15th Streets. Click here for more details on location.
What is Viva la Local?
It's a large group of local artists and small businesses who depend on the community. Many of them are also favorite Etsy sellers. Viva la Local is a pop-up shop and it's especially designed for Valentine's Day shopping when love is in the air! But it's for only one day so don't miss this inaugural event that is sure to become a Richmond tradition.
The day is filled with lots of shopping and interactive fun including:
