If you’re suffering a bit from cabin fever, catch some spring fever at the upcoming Maryland Home & Garden Show.
The Maryland Home & Garden Show returns to the Maryland State Fairgrounds just in time to welcome the first days of spring. The show takes place two consecutive weekends, beginning this weekend, March 2-3, and continuing next weekend, March 8-10, 2013.
The Maryland Home & Garden Show is Maryland's largest home event and features 300 exhibitors and more than 16 huge, lush, fully-landscaped gardens inspired by cinema classics as part of this year’s “Films in Flowers” theme. Many of the gardens include dramatic water features, fire pits and multiple levels. Art and antique expert , Dr. Lori will evaluate visitors’ treasures during her humorous appraisal shows, and the Wall Wizard, Brian Santos, will demonstrate easy tricks, tips and techniques for working with wallpaper, paint and faux finishes.
