Visit the Denver Zoo Ligths

As the holiday season approaches one of the favorite activities to do as a family can be visiting the Denver Zoo Lights. Taking in the lights no what matter the age causes the wonder of Christmas to grow in all of us. Wandering around in the zoo at night wrapped up in coats and scarves is a sure way to build family memories. Riding the carousel and drinking hot cocoa brings out the kid in anyone. Hearing the crunch of the snow beneath your feet and looking up at dazzling dragons in the sky will boost your spirit, for sure.  As home-school families push to finish up the semester, this is a great way to relax and ease into the Christmas season.

The Denver Zoo does a fabulous job with their light displays each year.
This year runs from December 11- January 3
Hours are from 5PM- 9PM
This year they are including some indoor lights too!
