Spring has finally arrived in Baltimore. Green buds that will blossom into colorful flowers have now appeared. Trees are budding; ready to burst into a bounty of green leaves. Woodland residents will return to the forest; along with newborn life. Soon butterflies will dance as pixies and sprites in a meadow. Like the fae creatures, you can dance and frolic surrounded by natural beauty…
On Sunday, April 27 from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m., Cromwell Valley Park Council is co-hosting the Baltimore Folk Music Society's Spring Faire, a festival suitable for families and individuals of all ages that celebrates folk music and culture. This special event will take place on the from lawn of Sherwood House (use Sherwood entrance). Pre-registration is not required, although a $5.00 donation is greatly appreciated.
Come enjoy a day of music, dance, song, and storytelling at the Baltimore Folk Music Society's Spring Faire. You can just listen, dance, sing, or bring an instrument to “jam”.
