Visit Buffalo Niagara operates two visitor centers - one in downtown Buffalo in the historic Market Arcade building and the other at the Buffalo Niagara International Airport. Both provide high quality, locally made Buffalo souvenirs as well as brochures, maps and information from our industry partners - distributed for the purpose of enhancing the visitor and business traveler experience.

Visit employs a staff of talented tourism professionals, dedicated to promoting tourism in Western New York. The sales, marketing and services departments design, develop and deploy compelling tourist packages, engaging marketing campaigns, collateral materials and strong relationships with local partners and national media outlets in order to effectively maximize the region's cultural and historic assets.

In addition to the VBN staff, there are currently over 2,500 industry members, partners and Buffalo Ambassadors who are motivated, enthusiastic and articulate and believe as we do that tourism is a growth industry that hasn’t been fully realized. Whether providing exemplary customer service to visitors and guests, writing a letter of support on our behalf – to help bring a piece of business to Buffalo, acting as greeters for larger conventions or even helping us in our city beautification projects, our partners and Ambassadors are one of VBN’s greatest public relations tools.
