In bustling East Nashville, tucked into a line of shops on Porter Road, sits the new shop Pony Show. Inside the renovated Porter East, which was formally a retirement home, this quaint store is chock full of vintage clothes for guys and gals, handmade gifts, and home wares. Owner Pippin Chapman and her adorable chihuahua Goldie moved to Tennessee by way of California, and brought a love of boots, aprons, and one of a kind antique pieces with them. This writer found a classic to-die-for white rabbit shawl with ribbon tie that was too good to pass up! Pony Show also has handmade local items such as cards, jewelry, printed T-shirts, and art, as well as great household accoutrements like trivets, dishes, and knickknacks. Wonderful gifts are easily found at Pony Show, with reasonable prices and vintage pieces that are in wonderful shape. They also ship items, be sure to check out their Etsy page for more details.
Pony Show is located at 723 Porter Road and is open Tuesday-Saturday from noon to 6pm and Sunday from 12pm-4pm. You can find more information on their Facebook page and follow them on Instagram @ponyshownashville.
