Vince Neil was hospitalized for a kidney stone attack, reported The Huffington Post, March 10. Motley Crue was performing in Sydney, Australia when Nikki Sixx, 54, announced that the 52-year-old frontman had been experiencing pain throughout the show and needed to be taken to the hospital. "He has been having problems for the last few days with kidney stones," said the band's manager, Allen Kovac.
However, Neil had good news for his fans, and he brought it to his Twitter page, "Doc says I should have a full recovery and be back onstage for the Brisbane show tomorrow. Thanks to my bandmates and crew for your support!"
Within the last couple of years, the hardworking Neil, who rejoined Motley Crue in the late nineties after his solo career, participated in the ill-fated "Skating with the Stars," was seen flying a plane in the PBS series "The Aviators," and opened a strip club in Vegas.
