The lead singer of Motley Crue, Vince Neil will be arraigned for his DUI on Monday.

In 2008, Vince Neil was spotted by Metropolitan police for speeding and weaving in and out of lanes. The officer followed the car and found Vince Neil was going 60 on a 45 mile per hour zone. According to RadarOnline when the police officer pulled Vince Neil over his speech was slurred, his eyes were bloodshot and his breath smelled of alcohol.

In 1984, Vince Neil was also involved in a drinking car crash that left Hanoi Rock's drummer, Nicholas "Razzle" Dingley dead. Vince Neil plead guilty to manslaughter and served time in jail for drunken driving.

The National Ledger reports, Vince Neil is no stranger to the law. In 2002 he was arrested for assaulting a music producer outside a night club. In 2001 he was charged with misdemeanor battery when he attacked a prostitute at Nevada's Moonlit Bunny Ranch.

Vince Neil was supposed to be arraigned in September for his speeding and DUI charges but his attorneys requested from the judge a two week delay which was granted.

Residents in San Francisco are happy Vince Neil isn't driving on the city streets drunk. He would crash into everything since the street and cars are so close together. Fans are waiting to see what will happen at Vince Neil's DUI arraignment on Monday. Hopefully Vince Neil learns his lesson and considers going to AA meetings. Share your thoughts.
