While most Columbus natives know of local grocery Lewis Jones Food Market, fewer realize that the market runs its own cooking school, The Village Kitchen. Located on 13th Street in the Lakebottom district, The Village Kitchen offers a variety of classes for cooks of all skill levels. Class prices range from $25-$50 and are available by reservation only.
Most classes are lead by one of the Kitchen's three chefs, but occasionally guest instructors will appear to lead special sessions. Students may choose from subjects such as ethnic food, techniques, baking, and cocktails. There are also family friendly "Mommy & Me" classes for parents and children. For a romantic evening, the Kitchen offers couples cooking, including a Valentines Day dinner and beer tasting.

Hey - I'd like to see a review of one of the classes. Take one and let us know how it went.
