Villa La Paws opens dog daycare facility in Scottsdale

Villa La Paws, a facility committed to pet day care and boarding, has added a fourth location with its recent acquisition of Hillside Unleashed, a luxury dog hotel in north Scottsdale. The new location, at 11485 N. 136th Street, Suite 101, will now be known as Villa La Paws Unleashed. This marks the first of two additional locations planned for Villa La Paws Unleashed.

Mark Carr, the owner and operator of the new Villa La Paws Unleashed franchise, purchased the Hillside Unleashed facility from owners Dr. Brad Rosonke and Cathy Rosonke.

“Hillside Unleashed set the bar for top-quality pet care in north Scottsdale, and we’re looking forward to continuing that while introducing the Villa La Paws’ stress-free approach to the community,” said Carr, owner and operator of Villa La Paws Scottsdale. “This location also represents the first expansion of the franchise in our own backyard, and I’m looking forward to being a part of the growing Villa La Paws network.”

Villa La Paws continues it's commitment to creating a stress-free environment with cageless boarding and 24-hour staff on the premises. Their implementation of webcams allows for pet owners to check in at any time, ensuring that they also have a stress-free vacation.

“Converting Hillside Unleashed to the Villa La Paws brand was an easy choice because of company’s values, host of services and stress-free approach to pet care,” Cathy Rosonke said. “The integration of services will be a tremendous value to existing and new customers.”

There are plans to expand Villa La Paws franchise to yet another location in the Phoenix area soon. Locations consist of Phoenix, Glendale, now Scottsdale and a fourth to be disclosed soon. They also have day care facilities in the New Jersey area.
