There are many benefits of viewing completed listings on eBay, but what about viewing only the items that have sold? This actually is a question I get almost everyday, and I think that viewing "Sold Listings" items has just as much value as viewing a completed listing. Viewing what has sold and what hasn't will give you a better picture into your research. If you are thinking about buying an item where only 1 in 100 sell, then you need to know not to buy it. However, having control of how you search is long over due, and viewing a "Sold Listings" search allows you to filter out the junk when you are looking for an item that may not be specific.
Well we are in luck. You may have noticed that over the past few months eBay has been testing their new beta page that allows you to quickly search sold only items. Check out this video to see how easy it is to filter out the unsold listings.
You can see how simple it actually is, but remember that this is still in Beta testing. That means that eBay will keep switching you back to the old page and then back to the new page as they please. If you want to increase your chances of viewing the new layout, then you can clear your brower history, cache, and cookies.
