Pho Vy Vietnamese Cuisine in Columbus, GA, is a favorite among locals for its friendly atmosphere and deliciously authentic food.


The menu includes Com (rice dishes), Bun (vermicelli dishes) and the popular Pho, which is a Vietnamese noodle soup. It consists of a unique broth with meat, rice noodles, and toppings of fresh cilantro, basil, lime, and bean sprouts. (My lunch crew loves Pho #4.)


Pho Vy is owned and operated by the Nguyen family. They grow many of their own ingredients and make sure regulars are welcomed by name. This is truly a local treasure, so give it a try for lunch or dinner.
