The Blind Side with Sandra Bullock is number 1 at Box Office with $20.4 million. The Blind Side was released the same weekend as New Moon, and has placed second the last two weekends in box office sales, but this weekend moved into the number one slot, according to early estimates from Hollywood.com Box Office.
The Blind Side has reached a gross of $129.3 million so far. Sandra Bullock’s biggest hit to date is The Proposal at $164 million, and it looks like The Blind Side will surpass that. The Blind Side trailer is below.
New Moon came in second place this weekend at the box office at $15.7 million, which puts the total US box office sales at $255.6 million, and $570.1 million worldwide.
Brothers with Tobey Maguire, Jake Gyllenhaal, and Natalie Portman came in third this weekend at the box office with $9.7 million in sales.
A Christmas Carol placed fourth in box office sales at $7.5 million.
Old Dogs placed fifth at $6.9 million in box office sales.
