Shahrukh Khan has joined hands with director R Balki. Recently, the duo shot a short film on social issues, to be released on Women’s Day, reports Times of India on March 4.
A source told Times of India, “Balki met SRK some time back and discussed the subject. The script is a very sensitive one, and he wanted SRK to be the face of the project.”
Keeping in mind the unconventional theme of the movie, several meetings were arranged to convince the 46-year-old actor. The meetings were all kept under wraps until he agreed.Buzz is that Shahrukh Khan has worked on his part and currently Balki is working on editing it.
Considering the fact that the film is scheduled to release on March 8, which is Women’s Day, one speculates that the film deals with current women issues.
