It’s “Do It Week” on “Live with Regis and Kelly,” which has hosts Regis Philbin and Kelly Ripa attempting several jobs that are featured in popular reality TV shows.
On Monday, Reege joined high-powered realtors Michele Kleier and Samantha Kleier-Forbes, stars of HGTV’s “Selling New York,” to try his hand in the real estate hustle.
Philbin, who happens to have one of his two homes in Greenwich, CT on the market, got his feet wet with a spacious apartment listed at $27.5 million, a price Kleier said is expected for someone who wants "the best apartment in New York."
Pitching the lovely Central Park view to perspective buyer Valerie Feigen, Regis said, "And in the winter when the snow falls, honest to god, you'll think whoever with you is Cary Grant.”
So how did he do?
Kleier said he was "smart enough that he's trainable," and called him a "natural." Kleier-Forbes noted that his incredible charm "would make an amazing real estate broker."
