The finale performance show of the season of X Factor took place on Wednesday, December 18th. The top 3 finalists each performed 2 songs solo and one as a duet with one of their musical heroes. The top 3 finalists included Jeff Gutt, Alex and Sierra and Carlito Olivero.

Jeff Gutt performed "Iris" with Johnny Rzeznick of The Goo Goo Dolls, “Dream On” by Aerosmith and Creep” by Radiohead.

Alex & Sierra performed "Bleeding Love" with Leona Lewis,“Say Something”, “Give Me Love”.

Carlito Olivero performed "Stand By Me" by Prince Royce,“Maria Maria” and “Impossible”.

Judge Paulina Rubio also performed her current single "Boys Will Be Boys."

The Top 13 reunited in a 2 hour finale results show on Thursday, December 19th. Special musicial guests performances were by Pitbull, Lea Michelle, Leona Lewis, Mary J.Blige and One Direction. Alex and Sierra ended up winning America's vote, with Carlito Olivero finishing in third and Jeff Gutt coming as the runner up.
