In her acceptance speech for a breakthrough award in the movie Precious, singer-actress Mariah Carey broke rules when she showed up on stage a bit tipsy.
Slurring, but still sweet, Mariah Carey had to ask for the crowd's forgiveness in the middle of the speech, saying, "Please forgive me because I am a little bit..." As she paused, someone in the crowd yelled out a remark and she pointed, nodded and chuckled and said, "yes".
Once leaving the stage, actor Sean Penn sexily commented: "How long before that Mariah clip makes it on YouTube".
