Lindsay Lohan was taking her well documented stroll into the Los Angeles courthouse on Monday and it appears she was the target of a prank. Someone in the crowd of photographers decided it would be a good idea to glitter bomb the star as she walked down the aisle of the cameras and attracted all the attention. The chaos of the moment had people wondering what powder was on the live shot. Only minutes after the substance was thrown, TMZ is confirming it was glitter.
Thrown at the star, her attorney Mark Heller and the police officer escorting the actress into the courthouse, the glitter seemed to come from out of nowhere. With the shouting of the star being loud and many people crowded around, there didn’t seem to be any immediate danger. Yet how someone got into the crowd of paparazzi without detection is unknown.
Some of the most hated stars need security to keep people from throwing things like glitter at them. From the red carpet nightmare where Kim Kardashian was flourbombed to other incidents, fans get carried away and start tossing things into crowds that cause unnecessary chaos and issues.
So far no indication if the person who threw the glitter was caught. It could be considered a crime as the incident was unprovoked while Lindsay Lohan walked the aisle.
