Lindsay Lohan’s attorney filed a lawsuit against E-Trade for $100 million on Monday in New York. Lindsay Lohan claims that an E-Trade commercial was about her and that it has plagued her life. In the E-Trade commercial, a girl baby called Lindsay is called a “milkaholic.”
Lindsay Lohan, 23, claims that the baby uses her "likeness, name, characterization and personality" without her permission and she would like the E-Trade commercial to stop running and that all copies of it be turned over to her. The lawsuit, filed by Stephanie Ovadia seeks $50 million in compensatory damages and $50 million in exemplary damages, according to a CNN report.
The New York Post reported Tuesday that Ovadia said that Lohan has “single-name” recognition like Oprah and Madonna, and when people say Lindsay that everyone knows they are talking about her.
The E-Trade commercial aired on Super Bowl Sunday, and includes a baby boy on video chat who apologizes for not calling his girlfriend last night because he was trading stocks on E-Trade.
The girlfriend replies, "And that milkaholic Lindsay wasn't over?" The boy squirms and replies, "Lindsay?" then a baby girl appears on the side of the screen and asks, "Milk-a-what?" See the video of the E-Trade commercial below.
In 2007, Lohan went through drug rehab near Provo, Utah. Lohan was seen around the Orem and Provo areas of Utah throughout her stay. Lohan has been in rehab several times in the last few years.

The only "likeness" Lindsay Lohan has to that baby is Level of Maturity!!! And any Lawyer that would take the case is worse than an Ambulance chaser!!
I never once made any connection between Lindsay Lohan and that commercial,,, at least until I read about the Lawsuit... Ridiculous!!!!

Lindsey needs to get over herself. She is a drunken, drugged up has-been that in my opinion is only sueing because she is broke and needs the money for more of the above. She obviously believes that she is the only one named Lindsey that anyone thinks about. NOT!!!!!!!
