Natalie Morales from The Today Show interviewed Kate Gosselin last night, and Kate broke down in the middle of the interview, cried and said that she is stressed and the kids are stressed, and she is having problems sleeping.
Kate Gosselin, 34 was part of the reality TV show ‘Jon and Kate plus 8’ and the show has been put on hold until the Jon and Kate work out their very public relationship and eventual divorce.
"When you look around and very close, trusted people you'd swear on your life would never 'cash you in,' for lack of better word, when people leave your house and tell completely different stories," Kate told Natalie, "you tend not to trust people."
In the interview, Kate Gosselin said that a part of her "always will" love Jon. "It's hard to be married to somebody for 10 years and try to say, 'No, I don't love them anymore.' I love the memories we have together, the good times."
When asked about the breakup with Jon, Kate said: "Whatever happened, it happened so quickly. I think I was on a plane coming back from somewhere and I remember thinking, 'We're not going to recover from this,' " she says. "I looked at him and he looked at me, and we were completely different people. I think somewhere down the line his goals changed ... and they felt detrimental to me and the kids...I still wake up every day and I think the phone will ring and it'll be ... the old Jon."
Natalie Morales asked Kate about the rumor that she had an affair with her bodyguard, and Kate responded: "So unthinkable to me that to have to think about it makes me sick."
In the video below, it appears that Jon wants to at least attempt to work things out so that they can both move on with their lives. Also, in the video below Jon asks Kate to forgive him.
Jon and Kate brough the kids to Park City, Utah on a week long ski vacation last winter and they aired an episode of Jon and Kate plus 8 while they were there.
