Jennifer Lopez's New Year's Eve outfit flaunted her ever-famous backside - A derriere sure to rock Dick Clark's Rockin' Eve celebration.

The full-sequined New Year's Eve outfit, hugged an always-fit Jennifer Lopez as she rocked out with other stars like the Black Eyed Peas, wii.I.am, apl.de.ap and Taboo.

The 40-year-old mama bear has recently said it's hard for her to get "motivated" when it comes to getting to the gym. She said in a past interview: "Part of my business is being in shape and looking good. You can't lie to yourself about it. But I’m not the monster I used to be in the exercise department." Check out the video below!
