"American Idol" is in full swing for Season 13. Sam Woolf was eliminated after receiving the fewest votes this week. Woolf performed 2 songs on the Viewer's Choice episode on the performance show on Wednesday night.

The show had a game changing decision used of the show for the first time ever. The contestants had two choices: They could all vote yes to keep the entire group together for an additional week, which would have two contestants eliminated on next week's results show.

The second was if anyone voted no, then the contestant with the lowest amount of votes would be sent home.

After the break, host Ryan Seacrest announced the results. First three were yes, and the final two was no. It was then announced that the person with the lowest amount would be going home which ended up being Woolf.
