Daytime TV Examiner visited the set of “General Hospital” to celebrate the taping of the show's historic 13,000th episode which aired this week on ABC. Several actors sat down for a chat, including actor Sean Blakemore who plays Shawn. In a video interview, the actor shared his thoughts on the show's historic milestone and what's ahead for his character.
As “General Hospital” viewers know, Shawn has a lot going on in Port Charles these days. As Sonny's (Maurice Bernard) right hand man, he helps the coffee importer y keep his businesses “intact” and stands united with his against the Jerome Family. The family seems to have one mission in life- to take Sonny down.
Shawn has just found out who is bank rolling The Jerome operation and has the delicate task of breaking the news to Sonny. If Shawn's job wasn't complicated enough, his home life is about to be as well. TJ (Tequan Richmond), Shawn's teenage ward, is planning to begin a sexual relationship with his girlfriend Molly (Haley Pullos) and may also be in trouble with Julian Jerome (William deVry).
