Howard Stern Show prankster 'Captain Janks' has pulled off another caper at the expense of Fox News and newfound Howard Stern Show enemy Jamie Foxx.
Veteran prank caller Captain Janks called posing as "Richard Kendrowski," a spokesperson for "The Energy Company" with information about Monday's mine explosion in West Virginia. When asked by Fox News reporter Shepherd Smith what he'd learned about the accident, Janks replied:
"We've learned that Jamie Foxx is a c--- and that Howard Stern rules"

Jamie Foxx has been trashing Howard Stern on his own Sirius XM radio channel "The Foxxhole" for several weeks.

Captain Janks, whose real name is Thomas Cipriano, has built a reputation on tricking his way onto live, national television and radio broadcasts in the name of Howard Stern.
Although Captain Janks' stunts are not officially endorsed by the Howard Stern Show, tapes of the calls are frequently used as bumpers between commercial breaks.
Captain Janks' most recent on-air coup came when he impersonated newly fired Philadelphia Eagles player Brian Westbrook live on ESPN SportsCenter.

Captain Janks took a hiatus from his prank calls last year after he was plagued by legal troubles. Cipriano was accused of accepting payment for dozens of personal appearances at Philadelphia area bars and clubs and then failing to show up.
