Despite the threat posed by the H1N1 virus itself many are still refusing to take the H1N1 vaccine. Some believe the H1N1 vaccine could have harmful effects that are unknown to the government or doctors administering the vaccine. To support this claim the anti-vaccine crowd points to the relatively short time period in which the vaccine was developed and a perceived lack of testing done with the vaccine.
In the video clip below CNN's Senior Medical Correspondent, Elizabeth Cohen, addresses some of these fears. Time and time again Cohen stresses that so far studies have shown the vaccine safe for children and pregnant women. Indeed the Washington Post reports that in China only four out of 39,000 people suffered side effects from the vaccine and those side effects only consisted of muscle cramps and headaches. In addition Cohen seems to state the risk from the H1N1 virus is much more serious than any side effects from the vaccine.
Finally Cohen states that while the virus developed for the vaccine may be new the way in which the vaccine is manufactured is not new at all. The developers of the vaccine used the same methods and ingredients for the H1N1 vaccine that they use for other commonly administered vaccines for schoolchildren and others. Experts therefore contend that there is not a significantly greater risk in taking this vaccine as opposed to other vaccines administered to millions every year.

This vaccine has NEVER been tested on children under 12 years old OR pregnant women. NEVER.
It normally takes 3-7 years for a drug to reach human trials.
Another 2-4 years before it hits the shelves of your pharmacy.
This vaccine holds the all time historic FDA record to go from lab to humans to the doctors office for use.
Just as in the 70's when people were DYING from the vaccine, you should be wary of this human testing on the general population.
And Ryan tWitt here will believe China's assertions?
If the vaccine has yet to hit the general public how in the hell does China have it? You DO know it is not the same vaccine we will be subjected to don't you?
And this "doctor" said the virus is more deadly than the shot?
Lets look at the TRUTH! VERY few if ANY have died from the H1N1 virus. The same as the regular run of the mill flu.
People die of the secondary infections like pneumonia NOT the original virus itself.
Some people are just too dependent on those in on the scam fro information.

If you read my earlier article I provide you with a video clip in which Fox News interviews a doctor who hates the vaccine. At the same time the Fox News host states that other doctors have told him it is completely safe.
BS Zone: So the CDC, WHO, and the Chinese government are all just lying about the trials of the vaccine? Are they also hiding Obama's real birth certificate?

So, a quick jaunt over to the Fox News website, and a click on the H1N1 topic...
From what I see, Fox seems to be pucshing that H1N1 is serious and people should listen to the authorities. Also, I note that the OVERWHELMING direction the Fox is going concerning the vaccine is that it's safe and you should get it if there is swine Flu in your area. I also note that they have a "myths vs facts" section that is accurate. (I cross checked with the CDC and FDA)Hmmm. Interesting.
Finally, the fact that you bring up a video byte that has a PHYSICIAN who has differing opinions tells me that they are doing due dilligence and are, in fact, trying to be "Fair and Balanced", something that I find sorely lacking in YOUR coverage of Fox.

Oh yeah, and as for my reasons for reading your screed. I enjoy watching you far left Libs twist your morals and logic into pretzels in an effort to "always be right."

-Morally frought over the definition of "Torture" and how it is applied to TERRORISTS, yet, couldn't care less about ripping apart (literally) a baby in the womb. (Not to mention late third trimester abortions.)
-Morally outraged at the alleged effect of DDT on birds (Proven false in the EPA report at the time and later substantiated by further testing), but have no problem with 1.5 million deaths a year that could be stopped with it's use in third World Countries.
Reasoning:
We should enact a cap-n-trade policy that will cause the price of energy to skyrocket (during a time of deep economic troubles) in an effort to make fossil fuel power more expensive than alternative power. This policy, if enacted, will have ~ZERO~ effect on mitigating Global Warming.

proof that creationists should never try to talk science...a vaccine is not a drug...a vaccine that is one year old is worthless...the H1N1 flu virus is less than one year old, how the h%%% would they test a vaccine for several years before a virus even appeared????...this virus will mutate in less than a year and a whole new batch will be needed for next year's virus...this happens EVERY year...new virus, new vaccine, EVERY year!...YOU CANNOT TAKE THIS YEAR'S VACCINE NEXT YEAR! Actually, jaime, Aztec human sacrifice was a highly developed form of political control by a minority over a much larger population through fear. They were successful until Spaniards with horses and guns were able to rouse the rabble and overpower the Aztecs by shear numbers.
