The Ellen DeGeneres Show once again brought back the fun segment called Grammies on Grammys. Giving the unique perspective of older folks, the moment on Thursday shared a senior citizen recital of song lyrics. All the words are from nominated artists at the annual award show being held this weekend in Los Angeles, but coming out of mouths of older folks it’s safe to say there isn't as much emphasis than on a recording track.
The laugh out loud moment had fans at home realizing just how important the style of the individual artist really is when it comes to the music. Said with the wrong inflection or not with a beat, some of the lyrics sound a bit silly. The Ellen DeGeneres Show showed out it could be laugh out loud funny too!
While the best humor comes from a swap in a moment the Grammies on Grammys segment shows how people don’t always know what they are saying in a song, but are still really willing to sing along.
