Erin Andrews' stalker was sentenced Monday to 30 months in jail. Michael Barrett, admitted to videotaping ESPN reporter Erin Andrews while she dressed in hotel rooms. He also admitted to videotaping 16 other women. Andrews has been fighting Barrett through the court system for nine months. She said on 'Good Morning America' Tuesday that she broke down after the verdict was issued.

“I had a pretty big comedown, a meltdown last night, I think, after I got back from the courtroom," Andrews said. "It's just been a lot."

Michael Barrett, 49, a former insurance executive was sentenced to 30 months in prison.

"It's not over," Andrews said. "It's not going to be over, but this is the first step."

The FBI attempted to remove the peephole videos of Erin Andrews from the Internet, but it still appears randomly. Andrews now owns the copyright to the video and will legally be allowed to remove it from sites that still show the peephole video.

A site may have it one day and it is removed the next, but the articles that say they have it still remain. And many sites that appear to have the video are requiring the download of special software to view it and the software actually contains a virus. DM Technologies in Utah has an anti-virus software that wards off any virus that attempts to be downloaded to a computer.  For more on that story, click here.

Barrett said to the court Monday: "I hope she can forgive me."

"I think he feels bad he was caught," Andrews said Tuesday.

Barrett attempted to ask the court to go lightly on him, that he is the father of two children.

Andrews responded to that statement with:
"I wanted him to know I'm a daughter to two parents and they are just mortified and they are so upset," she said. "I wanted him to know as a daughter what he did to me."

Erin Andrews is one of the stars that will appear on ABC's "Dancing With the Stars."

"I wanted to have a change of pace, make myself smile, do something different," Erin told Good Morning America. "It was time for that."  See the video below of the Good Morning America interview.
