Ellen DeGeneres is celebrating her birthday this week. The entertainer has taken time every day on the Ellen DeGenres Show to chat up her special day and even President Obama is involved. On Thursday Ellen DeGeneres shared her latest birthday message and it wasn't what anyone expected.
“This was a busy week for @BarackObama. Getting sworn in as President, and recording this birthday message for me,” tweeted Ellen DeGeneres from her official Twitter account on Thursday night. Included with her Twitter posting was a link to a video clip from President Obama’s speech.
While fans could hardly wait to hear the greeting, it was immediately obvious the joke was on the fans as it was a very funny comedic spoof from the inauguration. Putting some time into the video, the fans got to see President Obama share a moment with the people as the audio (which sounded just like the President) was spliced to wish Ellen a happy birthday as the crowd of people watched captured by the moment.
