Video: Dozen people help to lift burning car to save motorcyclist in Logan, Utah

Monday, a dozen people helped to save a motorcyclist after he was thrown under a burning car in Logan, Utah; the crowd lifted the car and pulled the motorcyclist to safety.  The video can be seen at the left, and was taken by a Graduate student from Utah State University, Chris Garff.

A dozen people who have been called Good Samaritans helped to lift the burning car, after a few people tried it and could only make it move slightly.  Then a small group of people appear to help lift the 4,000 pound BMW.  A construction worker dragged the body out from under the car while the rest lifted it, and all of this took place while the inflamed motorcycle also inflamed the car.

After a few minutes the body of the 21-year-old victim moved.  He was taken to a local hospital.  His name has not been released.
