During the New Jack Swing era, Riley produced, composed and/or wrote chart topping, award winning RIAA certified songs and LP's for his Multi-Platinum R&B groups Guy and Blackstreet, Michael Jackson, Keith Sweat, Bobby Brown, Heavy D, Boy George, Billy Ocean, Wreckx-N-Effect, SWV, DJ Jazzy Jeff & The Fresh Prince, Mary J. Teddy Riley has not been on tour with The Hall Brothers as Guy. Riley has touring this summer with Blackstreet featuring Dave Hollister. The line up also includes Lenny Harold, Tony Tyler, & J-Stylz.

Blackstreet recently returned to the Los Angeles area for a concert at The Greek Theatre. Blackstreet's No.1 Hit song " No Diggity" is still in the Top 10 sales on iTunes.

I spoke with Teddy Riley and Blackstreet about the show, touring and more. Click on the video link to see what they had to say. In this interview, Riley mention Guy member Damion Hall who was at the show and how he wish they would want to get back together for some shows as Guy. Riley announced this week on his official twitter that the band Guy are back together and on tour.

Guy was the first group to introduce the new jack swing music style when the group was first formed by Teddy Riley, Timothy Gatling and Aaron Hall in the 80s. Gatling shortly left the group and was replace by Hall's brother Damion Hall. The group is best known for their hits "Groove Me", "Teddy's Jam","I Like", "Spend the Night", "Piece of My Love", "Wanna Get Wit U", Let's Chill", "Do Me Right" to name a few.
