Beyoncé took the opportunity after the Super Bowl on Sunday night to announce her new tour. The Mrs. Carter Show World Tour released a new commercial on Sunday where Beyoncé is in the building and announcing the 2013 World Tour with six dates in the UK and four at the O2 London.
Customers in the United Kingdom will have special access to get tickets prior to the public in what is being called O2’s biggest ever Priority campaign.
While some of the fans might be excited to see Beyoncé on stage, the commercial is a presentation all to itself. Showing up dressed as a royal, the entertainer has a joker playing the spin tables as she walks into the room completely choreographed with her handlers. One small element that won’t be missed by the fans is the medallion that shows Mr. Carter hanging around her neck as the new tour is announced.
