Video and Links: Glenn Beck advertiser information

Glenn Beck is drawing attention for his controversial comments.

Media Matters has released a new video (clip below) which urges Glenn Beck opponents to call his advertisers and voice their concern.  Glenn Beck has every right to exercise his free speech.  At the same time, his consumers have ever right to complain about his comments.  Ultimately, Beck will continue to compare Democrats to Nazis, joke about the political assassination and Democratic leaders, and call President Obama a racist as long as he gets paid for it.

Therefore, if you wish to exercise your free speech rights and complain to Beck advertisers I encourage you to express your opinions with the links below.  If you love Beck, well then make sure to buy your next plane ticket on Travelocity and enjoy your cheddar bay biscuits from Red Lobster.

FYI, this was posted elsewhere by Travelocity

"We did not specifically place our ad on the show. We basically buy ads in bulk and then they are placed somewhat randomly. However, we have now specifically asked that our ads do not appear during this show. Thank you for your concern,

    Sincerely,

    Amanda"

Good afternoon – Thank you for contacting us to express your concerns. Travelocity did not specifically place our ad on the show. We basically buy ads in bulk and then they are placed somewhat randomly. However, as of last Monday we specifically asked that our ads do not appear during this show.

    Sincerely,
    The Travelocity Team

This is ridiculous. These businesses are involving themselves in political crap. The left has demonized and called regular citizens Nazi's...So what, that is their opinion..just as Glen's are his...but to take advertising off of one of the most watched programs in the name of politics or organized emails on the left is not good business...STUPID>

I have contacted the links with my support of FREEDOM, TRUTH, and
AMERICAN VALUES....why is it that when one group makes movies about the assassination of Pres. Bush, it is classified as "entertainment" ?!?!? But when the other group makes ANY comment deemed as criticism or disagreement, we are accused of "hate" --- the blatant double standard in the media is disgusting...all the "spin" makes me want to vomit.

I boycotted Dixie Chicks (even threw away one of thier cd's that I liked) over what they said about our Commander and Chief. I did not even attend the 911 movie belittling President Bush and boycotting any shows or products which chose to advertise with them (even signed petitions at my school George Mason for keeping the producer from visiting our campus). I found it offensive when they treated President Bush like he was illiterate or stupid. I find it as offensive and belittling to us as Americans what beck is doing this to President Obama. I served in the military under President Clinton and even though my views differed I find it horrific that our presidents are belittled so fragrantly. Then accepted by Americans as though nothing is wrong! What is wrong with our society that we have no respect for anyone or anything not even ourselves!
