The Tiger Woods car accident saga has continued over the weekend. It's Monday and there are still no answers as to what happened. Tiger Woods issued a statement on his Web site requesting privacy and taking full responsibility for Friday Morning's car accident. He added that his wife acted "courageously" when she saw him in need - debunking the rumor that Elin Woods smashed out the windows to the golfer's SUV out of anger.
Rachel Uchitel is also caught up in the middle of the saga. The National Enquirer reported that Tiger Woods was having an affair with the New York socialite. She's denied even knowing Woods, and has enlisted the help of celebrity attorney Gloria Allred (See video below)
What does the fact that Rachel Uchitel met up with Gloria Allred mean? Does it mean that there's a suit against The National Enquirer in the works? While Gloria Allred denies that there will be one of her trademark press conferences, people are going to want to know what is going on.
What do people in Nashville think of the fact that Rachel Uchitel, alleged Tiger Woods mistress, hired an attorney?
Shirley, a 55 year old convenience store worker says she thinks it's smart that the alleged Tiger Woods mistress obtained the help of an attorney. She said she hopes it will keep the media away from Rachel.
Kyle, a 25 year old banker says he didn't care one way or another. He's more interested to find out more about what Tiger has to say.
Jody, a retired teacher, says he hasn't been following the story since he found out that Tiger was really OK.
So there you have it. The people I talked to in Nashville don't have strong feelings about Rachel Uchitel, alleged Tiger Woods mistress, seeking the aid of a celebrity attorney.
