For those not interested in watching the video, here's the long and short of it: A 6th grade student brought $20,000 in cash to school, much to the shock of her fellow students and school faculty.
But not only did the young girl bring the money to school, she started handing it out to her peers. It's not known how many people she gave the money to, and certainly no names will be revealed, but we do know that she handed out hundreds of dollars to her fellow 6th graders.
Of course, it didn't take long for the police to demand answers. The girl told police that she found the $20k lying in the street in her neighborhood. It's not yet known whether someone simply lost the money, or if it was intentionally left as part of some sort of drug deal.
Regardless, the story has gone viral, garnering tons of questions and interest. Currently, police are in possession of the money are waiting for the rightful owners of the money to come forward so that they can be interrogated about the missing cash.
