If you have a great idea for a motorcycle road trip you could find yourself doing that ride on a new Victory Cross Country or Victory Cross Roads. In a program entitled the True American Road Trip, the company will select 10 entrants and supply them with the bikes. They will then be responsible for documenting their rides via text, photos, and videos.
Entrant applications are to be made as short videos pitching the ride they have in mind. Viewers can go to the True American Road Trip website to view and vote on the proposals. So far two entrants, "Rob from California" and "J.D." have posted their bids for the honor.
The deadline for entries is March 31, 2010. Anyone with a motorcycle license may enter. The video can be submitted by clicking a "Post Your Story" link from the website. The company will also have a booth set up to record entry videos at the remaining Cycle World International Motorcycle Shows, set for Cleveland, Minneapolis, Chicago, and Daytona.

I'm so going to do this.
If ever there was a bike that screamed 'road trip' it is a Victory Vision. I will have to check out this website.
Okay Ken, are you going to enter the upcoming OFMC road trip in this contest or not?
Got something to say?
