Via West: A place where skills are built, friendships developed, and memories are made.

Via West provides a myriad of possibilities for enhancing abilities such as skills development, problem solving, communication and socialization. Participants develop self-confidence as they work toward self-sufficiency. In addition to their programming, Via West provides invaluable respite for families who are able to take a break and receive a much needed reprieve from the daily responsibilities of caring for an individual with a disability.

Via West serves the whole participant and the entire family. The many unique experiences at Via West will individually challenge every participant, regardless of ability level, to succeed and learn new ways to thrive. Via West programs are adapted so that EVERYONE has the opportunity to learn while having fun. There are many program options from which participants and their families may choose, including technology (iPads), culinary arts, creative arts, performance arts, physical fitness, just to name a few. Alternative programming is provided at all times to ensure support for EVERY PARTICIPANT. Solid educational programming helps build independence and participants have fun, build relationships, and learn practical life skills they can utilize outside of Via West. Participants are empowered to learn, grow, and be the best that they can be.
