Vhong Navarro, the victim of a mauling incident happened in Forbeswood Heights Condominium last Jan. 22 has easily got the attention of the netizens when he decided to come out and file six criminal charges against Cedric Lee, Deniece Cornejo and Roxanne Cabanero. His battle for truth and justice is still one of the hottest topics in print and social media this morning, March 5, 2014 and based on the latest and updated report, he will file additional charges against them.
As you all know, the three of them called Vhong Navarro a rapist, but based on the evidence gathered by the national Bureau of Investigation or NBI and a video of Vice Ganda in a concert at Island Cove Resort in Kawit, Cavite, the actor-TV host is innocent. When the NBI presented the CCTV footage to the viewing public, the three of them especially Deniece Cornejo received criticism.
The netizens became wild and active when they saw her smiling inside the elevator, according to them, Deniece is not telling the truth. They posted hate messages on Deniece Cornejo's Twitter and Instagram accounts, and after several weeks of patience, Deniece decided to set her Instagram account private. For some observers, the alleged victim of rape sets her account private due to pressure.
Obviously, all of them are facing a very long battle in court, but based on their previous statements, they are all ready to fight until the end. In the case of Vhong Navarro, the netizens, the brilliant lawyer Atty. Alma Mallonga and the very brave Filipino journalist Tony Calvento are all behind him because all of them believe that he is innocent.
