Anytime from now, April 10, 2014, the arrest warrants will be issued to Cedric Lee, Bernice Lee, Deniece Cornejo, Zimmer Raz, Jed Fernandez, Ferdinand Guerrero and Jose Paolo Calma by the Taguig Regional Trial Court. Based on a posted article of ABS-CBN News Online this afternoon, the three-man panel had already submitted the cases filed by Vhong Navarro against his perpetrators at the Taguig RTC.
But where are the perpetrators today? Are they still in the Philippines to face the charges filed against them? Several weeks ago, the Department of Justice presented several photos of Cedric, sister Bernice and Deniece Cornejo to the immigration officials, based on the report, the DOJ was forced to do it just to alarm the immigration officials because the three-man panel were still examining the cases filed by Vhong.
And now that the DOJ has finally released its decision and submitted the cases at the Taguig Regional Trial Court, a lot of people are saying that these people should be in jail very soon because they are powerful and can leave the country anytime soon due to their connections. Meanwhile, just a few hours after the DOJ released its decision, Tony Calvento, avid supporter of actor-TV host Vhong Navarro, posted a report on his official Facebook page, according to him, the fourth rape complaint has already been filed at the Quezon City Prosecutor's Office.
After reading his post, many of his Facebook followers commented, they said the fourth rape complaint against the It's Showtime host was allegedly maneuvered by Cedric Lee to embarrass the actor. In his statement on It's Showtime this afternoon, Vhong Navarro repeated that he is not a rapist contrary to some people's claim that he is.
The actor has become one of the hottest figures not only in the country but also in some parts of the world because of an incident in Forbeswood Heights Condominium last Jan. 22. Based on his allegations, he was beaten up by a group of men and later on, he confirmed that Cedric Lee, Deniece Cornejo and several personalities are the persons involved in the incident.
