Ft. Lauderdale -- Support Our Troops Resouce & Career Fair by Vetready is scheduled for Wednesday, Feb. 20th, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Ramada, Ft. Lauderdale Airport/Cruise Port Hotel, 2275 Marina Mile Blvd. (State Rd. 84).
The purpose of this special career fair is to provide an opportunity for employers and educational institutions to tap into America's most talented, diverse and experienced group of military and veteran candidates.
It is also Vetready's mission to support those who put their lives on the line for America's freedom by building a bridge to employment for our active duty, military spouses and veterans.
Employment opportunities range range from information technology, law enforcement, education, financial services, healthcare and engineering. More than 40 companies are expected to participate.
