Veterans eat free at Chicago's Sandwich Me In (Video)

Sandwich Me In, a sustainable sandwich-focused restaurant in the Lakeview neighborhood, is offering a free meal (sandwich, side and a drink) to all card-carrying veterans and active duty military. To recognize their service, a sandwich, a side & a drink will be available for no charge to individual service members. Nearly 100% of the menu is made in-house from the fresh baked bread to the wood-smoked meats

This great offer is available only to service people and veterans who must show their veteran card when accessing the free meal offer.
