Miami Valley , Whitewater Valley, and the I-71 corridor of Ohio/Indiana:

Hazardous Outlook: Very warm moist air will move into the region today ahead of a strong arctic front. Initially rain will develop late Thursday and early Thursday night. As the front slips Southeast temperatures will begin to drop into the 30s and eventually the 20s by Friday night. As this happens another low pressure will move up along the front. The exact track and speed of the low will determine how much ice/snow the region will see. Current thinking is that rain heavy at times early Thursday night will transition to a mix by dawn Friday then to over to snow by Friday afternoon and lasting into early Friday night with a quarter inch of icing and snow accumulations on the order of 2 to 5 inches by Saturday morning. Exact amounts are still up in the air. Stay tuned for further details.
