The Veronica Mars official poster debuts online.

“She thought she was out” is the tagline for the newly released poster for the Veronica Mars movie starring Kristen Bell.

The poster debuted online via Yahoo Friday, Jan. 10.

The movie picks up 10 years after Veronica leaves her PI days behind her, now living in New York and about to graduate from law school. However, she is drawn to a case in her hometown of Neptune, California where her former boyfriend Logan Echolls (Jason Dohring) is accused of murdering his current girlfriend.

Veronica returns to Neptune and so begins her investigation. Along for the ride are a couple of familiar faces which includes Percy Daggs III, Ryan Hansen, Krysten Ritter, Tina Majorino, Frances Capra, Ken Marino, Enrico Colantoni, Chris Lowell, Martin Starr and Max Greenfield.

The film adaptation of the popular TV series began when show creator Rob Thomas and Bell put the idea on Kickstarter last year hoping to raise $2 million for the film.

Veronica Mars the movie hits theaters March 14, 2014.
