Brattleboro Retreat is Vermont’s oldest psychiatric hospital. Plans are to finance $9.9 million in new debt and restructure $2.3 million in old debt.
The monies will be used to expand and set up electronic record keeping.
The expansion will add 41 new staff with a payroll of $1.2 million.
