After a long delay, Verizon Wireless has announced that the Blackberry Z10 will go on sale March 28th and pre-orders will begin tomorrow morning at 8am Eastern Standard Time. The announcement comes on the heels of AT&T's announcement that it will begin to sell the device on March 22nd. According to "The Verge", AT&T will be the only carrier to offer the Z10 in white.
The price for the much hyped device will be $199 with a two year contract with both Verizon and AT&T. T-Mobile will sell it for $249. Verizon customers can preorder online or over the phone with the sales department. No date has been released for the sale of the Q10 model which offers a keyboard and also uses the Blackberry 10 operating system.
Although it has sense been revealed that Blackberry will not have Instagram or Netflix, the company has reached an agreement with WhatsApp to offer the popular app on the Blackberry 10 operating system. The app is fully native and existing users should have no problem navigating the new version.
