Everyone don't necessarily have the desire to own or run a business, but the ones that do have a certain drive and commitment to succeed. Each year, Chicago picks the Top 40 under 40 Game Changers through the Urban Business Roundtable, hosted by Chicago's own Pepper Miller on WVON (Melody Spann Cooper). They team with various businesses, along with Ariel Investments (Mellody Hobson), to identify those men and women who are raising the bar, setting the standard and making a difference in the lives of everyday people.
