On February 13, Verizon Wireless launched their MORE Everything plans. The change will transition customers currently on a Share Everything plans to MORE Everything plans. This change will increase data allowances, add unlimited global text messaging and more without raising rates.

Examples of what some customers may see on the new MORE Everything plans are:

  • The 500 MB data plan becomes 1 GB
  • The 1 GB plan becomes 2 GB
  • The 2 GB plan becomes 3 GB

“Verizon was the first wireless carrier to let its customers share data among devices, and our customers have told us they love it,” said Jerry Fountain, president for Verizon Wireless in the Carolinas and Tennessee. “Our MORE Everything plans are designed to give customers even more value with the reliable wireless network they trust.”

MORE Everything plans also come with additional cloud-based storage. For every device, up to 10, customer will receive 25GB of online storage. This can be used to back-up contacts, photos, videos, and files through VZCloud.

MORE Everything plans also provide discounts to customers who take advantage of the Verizon Edge program. This programs allows customers to forgo a two-year contract and spread out the cost of a new device over 24 months, with an option to upgrade after 50 percent of the retail cost has been paid. On MORE Everything plans, customers who choose to participate in Verizon Edge will also receive discounts of $10 or $20 a month, depending on their usage plan.

Some additional features of the MORE Everything plan is customers can use Verizon’s FamilyBase free for three months to monitor app usage and contact lists for kids and teens, set boundaries on content and limit device usage. Customer can also take advantage of Verizon’s International Long Distance Value Plan $5 per month.

MORE Everything is available to all new customers, including small businesses, and current Share Everything customers will be automatically migrated. If you are already a Verizon customer, enjoy the added benefits. If you are on another carrier, you have another option to consider with the MORE Everything plans on Verizon.
